About Us
The Port Lincoln Racing Club dates back to the early 1920's, popular picnic styled race meetings were conducted at Communga, land that is now rich in agricultural production.
In 1946 the Port Lincoln and North Shields Racing Clubs relocated to its present location at Ravendale Park, where thoroughbred racing is now conducted under the business name of Port Lincoln Racing Club Incorporated.
Ravendale Park Racecourse is situated on 36.88 hectares on the Proper Bay Road, just four kilometres south of the city's central business district.
